Surface - Grinding / Polishing / Deburring

Robot systems for the production of technical and optical surfaces have a long tradition at CARAT. This includes the grinding and polishing of brass sanitary fittings, the grinding of aluminum door handles and the brushing and deburring of stainless steel. It is always a matter of matching the quality requirements of the customer in the best possible way, taking into account the component properties and the process behavior. Our services start with the analysis of requirements and the technical clarification up to the process development in our in-house technical center. Together with our partners, tool and equipment manufacturers, we quickly find ways and possibilities for economical and reliable machine concepts.
